In recent weeks, sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein has consistently made headlines. The amendment would call on Attorney General Pam Bondi to “retain, preserve, and compile any records or evidence related to any investigation, prosecution, or incarceration of Jeffrey Epstein” and “release and publish any records or evidence related to any investigation, prosecution, or incarceration of Jeffrey Epstein on a publicly accessible website.”
That’s not all. Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, is reportedly ready to testify before Congress about Epstein.
Epstein’s death in 2019 has also raised suspicion. While records state that he “committed suicide,” many believe that he was killed due to his connections to powerful individuals.
This week, a man once held in the same jail cell as Jeffrey Epstein asserted that there is “just no way” that Epstein committed suicide in 2019.

Michael Franzese, who shared a cell with Epstein, made the remarks on NewNation’s “Banfield” program.
“I spent seven months on that tier and in those cells. And the first thing I have to say, there’s just, you — there’s no way you are able to commit suicide. There’s just no way. There’s no way to hang yourself. There’s nothing from the ceiling, there’s nothing from the bed. You’d have to be a midget and work really hard to try to hang yourself, and I don’t think you can accomplish it at that point,” he explained.
“You know, as far as the cameras being off, I haven’t experienced that. I did eight years in prison, and I haven’t experienced cameras being broken in the perfect storm of correctional officers not walking those cells,” Franzese continued. “They walk in and they look in on you all the time.”
“I’ve said this from day one. I do not believe it was suicide. I can’t talk about what happened to him [Epstein], but I don’t believe it was a suicide because you just couldn’t physically do it. It would be almost impossible,” he continued.
